Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Assistant with a minimum of 2 years in a related role. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess strong communication skills, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the creative team in day-to-day operations and project management.
- Support photographers and videographers during shoots by managing equipment, props, and set arrangements.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and logistics for shoots and meetings.
- Maintain organized records of projects, equipment, and client communications.
- Help with post-production tasks, including file organization and preliminary editing assistance.
- Conduct research for upcoming projects and assist with creative brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an assistant or administrative role, preferably in photography, videography, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic knowledge of photography and videography processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
